Unicorn Investment Managers is a SEBI-registered Portfolio Manager built on that idea, designing systematic, rules-based portfolios across equities, factor strategies, ETFs, multi-asset and specialised mandates. Every decision is researched, measured and executed through the same repeatable process, every time.

The same discipline extends to the institution behind the portfolios. Structured operations, independent fund accounting and a compliance function embedded in daily oversight support every decision our investment team makes. Kailash  Gupta is a Chartered Accountant and founder of Esskay International, an Export House, a three-time Export award-winning organisation. He has over 40  years of experience in the export and financial sector and guides the Unicorn Board in financial and business matters.

Pawan has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has worked with leading companies like ICICI Prudential AMC, Aditya Birla AMC and Fundvaliz. Het is a research analyst specialising in small and midcap investing, using factor-based and quantitative strategies. A graduate of the University of Toronto, he developed his expertise at ProAlpha Capital and QED Capital. Het focuses on high-quality momentum companies at reasonable valuations, consistently delivering strong risk-adjusted returns through data-driven decision-making and research innovation.
